Constantly crashing in Chrome (mobile)

I don't know if this is due to adverts in the UK, but I cannot navigate on any thread on this website without approx 80% chance of it crashing and freezing phone to the point I can't even close it and have to restart my phone.

If I open a thread and wait approx 1 minute (must be due to advert loading and finishing animations wherever they are on the page) there's a lesser, but not zero, chance of it happening.

Do others have this issue? I have a Samsung and it's completely up to date. It's painful just to navigate the forum

Ok I’m in the US and thought it was me and my new cheaper phone plan ! Slower internet - I’m getting it on everything mainly at night - but I feel your pain ! I’ve even cleaved out my cookies to no avail

Yes it's happening to me often too. Pain to deal with.
