If I purchase through Disney what are their finance options? Percentage rates etc...
How long do they finance?
What are the maintenance fees per point at SSR?
Are there any incentives right now?

I haven't looked at the percentage rates lately, but I remember that you could finance 3, 5 or 10 years. I also think there was a 1 year option with a huge balloon payment at the end.

I am sure someone else can help with the current incentive and the maintenance fees for ssr

You can finance for up to 10 years. If you choose any financing term over 1 year, the lowest rate you can get is 9.75%. It's recommended that you simply go with the 10 year note and make additional payments when you are able. There is no pre-payment penalty.

Maintenance is $3.83 per point.

Last I heard you could get $10 off per point, bringing the cost down to $85 each. There was some rumor of the promotion changing yesterday (1/10), but so far nobody has posted here with info after speaking to DVC.
