Hiya guys!

Im nearly under 90 days!

Im considering going comando and planning everything down to the last second. Or maybe I should do some work

Actually I better do some work.
:surfweb:

Excited today!

You do know that 'going commando' has another meaning, don't you?:scared1:
:rotfl:

I had to wait for others to post 1st, I was lost for words with this title:rotfl2:

Well I'm glad I'm not the only person to spam click on the thread to read it ;)

But yay for excited Mondays and 90 days :)

Im quite pleased that I got the wrong end of the stick with your title !! :rotfl2:

Oh now come on people - the poor OP comes on to ask a serious question and is met with smut and inuendo. This isn't the Dibb you know :lmao:

Anyway - to answer the original question the problem with commando style planning is that there are a lot of things that can go wrong.
I have seen plans that include timing the rides down to the last second - but don't factor in bigger than expected wait times.
You also never mentioned if you are planning on taking children in which case a commando trip just simply wont work. They would become seriously tired and that wouldn't make for a fun trip for anyone.
I would suggest making a rough plan that covers the park for the day, a list of 'must-do' rides and places to eat. Then just go from there.

In conclusion some people like to go at it hard, others like to take their time. Either way the last thing you need is for it to all be over to quickly leaving one member of the party dissatisfied and missing the fireworks (because they are too tired form all the walking of course - what else did you think I meant)

Smut and innuendo overload there M8 :rotfl2:

I had to put my hands over my ears while reading.:rotfl:

You could have closed your eyes - it would have been more effictive. ;)

I usually go commando anyway :-) Once youve gone breezy you never go back! :cool1:

And there I was feeling bad for being tempted to post at 9 am that you dont wear a skirt when touring the parks. :rolleyes1 but I felt cheeky even thinking that.

I did think that it was a serious question - I just couldn't answer it seriously .... :rotfl2:

But to get this thread back on track, and for the benefit of the non corrupt members who may have hoped for a serious answer ...;)

Planning every minute of every day is not going to work. It never does. "Commando" from a touring perspective entails picking your parks for the day, planning your breaks and travel times and following a touring plan. On our Easter trips this was the best way to do it, but I did build in leeway to allow for delays, grazed knees (kids ) and just being plain tired or wanting to do something else instead of what was planned now and then. You can achieve a lot, but honestly, unless you have limited time at WDW I don't see the need for it unless you keep your rigid planning for set days and work your flexible days in between.

At least now I know how to title a thread if view counts are important to me at any stage

If your into planning try tourguideMike.com .....it might hit the spot. Failing that try the Dibb

I like Touringplans.com/Unofficial Guide Some folk prefer the TGM style of touring. It is worth looking at both of these as they are so different but all have their dedicated followers. I have had great success with Touring Plans.
