You're welcome. I had one measly little chicken taco from Taco Bell tonight so I'm starving!!!!!

And that was my 2200th post, since I'm a fanatic about keeping track. It's the OCD, I know it is.....

I'm hungry too; I just had soup and bread from Outback for dinner, and that was 5 hours ago.

So, rather than making myself a sandwich or a salad, I'm having hot cocoa and a waffle cone with peppermint ice cream very shortly. I'll be asleep by 5am, probably.

Oh I wasn't adorable to my mom when I said I wanted to eat at Chick-Fil-A. My dad made her mad too when he started griping about eating at Taco Bell. So the main rule in our house is don't P.O. my mom and you survive.

I know my post above doesn't make sense, but I don't feel like editing it. This gal was a scrapbooking customer of mine who started a group where she shares coupons, discounts online for other scrapbooking companies. She secretly went through my customers at one of my crops and got their email addresses and sends them emails for discounted scrapbooking supplies. When she started this, my business stopped with the exception of a few very loyal friends. I realized today that what she really was doing was sending them to another consultant where they could purchase their products for 30% off (consultant price). This is a HUGE ethical no no in our company and has not only undermined me, but all of the other consultants with my company in our area. She also did this to the scrapbook store - and I'm sure it hurt them more than it hurt me as I don't have overhead.

Okay, done venting.

I'm sorry, MM. It sounds like what she did was very underhanded. It's a wonder you said as little as you did to her! Do you sell any of your stuff online? Any Disney scrapping products, or Cuttlebug stuff? I can't buy anything now, but I'd try to help you out in a few weeks if at all possible.

DD10 and I had a "project" to do this morning. There was a thread here about a week ago with a cute idea on it so we decided to give it a try....sorry for the crappy picture but I'm not a photographer and my batteries were dying so I had to snap it quick...these are just hershey candy bars parading as snowmen We made about 20 of them while watching a movie earlier today:

OK, so here's one for ya. I posted earlier about getting the tree inside because we finally found the tree stand. Well, the tree is still outside because it's too tall for our family room! Now you know what my DH has in his sights? Yup - the hacksaw! Heaven knows what my Christmas tree is going to look like tomorrow.

That's what I get for being sick and sending DH alone to pick out a tree. I should have known better. The last time I sent him out without me, he went with our DD when she was a teenager (she's 28 now) and we were living in house that could accomodate a big tree. They came home with a blue spruce so big, it took 3 neighbors to help bring it in. It also came equipped with a bird's nest (minus the birds thankfully!)

I'm glad we have an acrylic tree. It's old as the hills, but it's still beautiful.

Darn, you have more than one B&N gift card?? Share the love, sheesh.... I finally sucked up and got a Books-A-Million Millionaire's Club Card and I swear... I give our BAM more business in a week than anyone else here does in a year. All I spend my money on (since yay me for being super studious, college is free) is gas and books. And that car payment once a month....

no problem Tomorrow we will be making 3 cakes (all the same) so that will take a good part of the later afternoon. They take about 3 hours total to make (including baking time/cooling time, etc.) but they are SOOOOOOOOOOO worth it....This is what it looks like...I'll post the recipe with it tomorrow...I add a little "somethin' somethin'" to mine.

Awww - you're so sweet, but don't worry about me. I am going out of business "officially" but I'll still be ordering for myself and some close friends. I'm done with taking care of people. I've been doing this for 8 years now. It will be good to be done.

As for Disney - we have TONS of it. Both traditional scrapbooking and digital. Just go to Creative Memories dot com and you'll find it. Nice stuff.

My mom keeps giving them to me for birthdays and Christmas. According to her, I've had my nose in a book since the day I was born! When I was in college (I majored in physics), all of my friends were taking electives like Economics or Psychology. Not me - my electives were in courses like Contemporary American Fiction and Short Story. I actually got to read for pleasure and college credit. What more could you ask for?!!

Yes. Drives me nuts. I'm so used to it being open until 1am (or even later) but not up here. Everything shuts down early here.

Down here, our Taco Bell is open until 2, I think. But the KFC/Taco Bell combo one closes at 11. Taco Bell & IHOP are the only places open late.

We have one of those nearby.... yup, it closes then too. But we have another just Taco Bell that closes at around 2am.

Hi everyone I made it!

Hey! Hope you had a great trip at WDW! We had a great time. I've got some pictures of the Grand Villa we stayed in at AKL. I've just got to resize them. Then I'll post some. It was amazing!

Well I have to go to bed since I have to work tomorrow. Grrr.... stupid work, being here is much more important.

G'night Soarin'! I'm about to call it a night also. Lotta shopping, wrapping, and cleaning tomorrow. Not to mention hunting down a big angel or star for my (hopefully not) very flat tree top.

I just finished wrapping the last gift. Well, at least the last gift that is currently at the house. I also ordered a couple more gifts online tonight. And tomorrow I'm having DH pick up a couple more. Then my Christmas shopping will be done!!!! Now all I have to do is get the house cleaned and I will be ready for company to arrive on Tuesday. Unfortunately I have to work tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday. DH is off...so he will be helping (I hope.)
