You can join connections for a one month trial for $1. If you stay on, it costs $79.95 per year. Without factoring the annual fee in, I think (and Mousesavers says) that Connections offers the cheapest pass prices on Park Hoppers. They do not sell UPHs or APs. For those, the only discounts I know are for Disney Club members.
They do seem to have some problems with double billing people, but I haven't heard of anyone who didn't get it resolved. To be safe, if you use them, use a credit card, not a debit card. My credit card company called me immediately to confirm the charge from connections and they did not let the second charge go through.
The vouchers are for meals and there is a ton of information about those on Mousesavers. They seem to be a good deal if you know that you are going to eat at one of the restaurants that they are a good deal for. You would need to research that to be sure.
Well, the doorbell just rang and my connections purchased passes are here. Hurrah! All seems to be in order. I am pleased with my transaction with Connections.
