What can you purchase during this trial period? All of your tickets? If so, what's to prevent people from canceling once the tickets are bought to avoid the $89.95 membership? Thanks.

Nothing prevents it. It's exactly what I did and it worked fine. No questions asked.

Thanks for your quick reply. Are there expiration dates on the tickets (meaning if I sign up now and order tickets, yet I'm now traveling until mid March, after the 30 day trial is up)? Sounds like a great deal. If you've heard of this program, why would anyone NOT participate???

Not sure about the tickets, but the meal vouchers have expirationn dates on them Right now it is last day of May 2003. As for the cancelling the membership, some people just don't want ot deal with the hassel of signing up and then discontinuing the membership, others don't liek to do transactions on the internet with credit cards etc. I've heard they are raising membership fees for this year, although I kept my membership I will not re-new if there is a big price increase. I'll just have DH do the $1.00 trial thing when we are near ready to go the next time.

One more question. Can I purchase theme park tickets for members of my group that do NOT live in my house? I thought I read that some where. Thanks again.

You can buy however many tickets you'd like - you don't have to tell them who they're for. :)

We purchased theme park tickets through Connections. I don't remember them having an expiration date and they looked just like all the other multi-day pass tickets. They worked well and anyone can use them. The Q&C vouchers were great also. They were easy to use and we looked at the menus on the board ahead of time to fugure out where the best places to use them are. Debby:D

I was wondering where you got the $89.95 annual rate because I have only seen Connections for a $139.95 annual fee after the $1.00 trial is over. Mousesavers gives a lot of good info as far as whether or not the meal vouchers are a good value or not, and I have seen it mentioned a few times now that those meal vouchers do expire in May 2003. I am considering a WDW trip in August, so I will wait to see if new vouchers come out! It sounds like a good deal to just do the trial and then cancel after you get those meal vouchers.

I recently signed up. I went directly to the Connections web site and they are offering the membership for $79.95.
