Connecting rooms at CBR?

Does anyone know if it is hard to get connecting rooms at CBR? Does faxing or begging work? The request is on my reservation, but they wouldn't guarantee it.

Faxing doesn't do anything. If you have it noted in your reservation they will do their best to grant your request.

We have only requested connecting rooms once and had no problem getting them. I think they try pretty hard to honor all requests where possible. Have fun!! This is our 4th time staying there!

Thanks for your input. When the new discount code came out on Thursday, we were able to upgrade from All Star Movies to CBR for only $33 for 3 rooms. We are totally excited! We haven't been to WDW since our honeymoon 15 years ago, and now we are going back with 4 kids. Should be great.

When we went in April this year, we told the CM when we made the reservation that we needed 2 rooms for 2 adults and 4 kids. The CM told us because we needed 2 rooms for our family, they COULD guarantee us connecting rooms in that case. Otherwise, she said it's just a request but they do try to accomodate them as often as they can. Other CM's confirmed this for us when we checked in, and we did get it.
