Connecticut Diser's/?

Wonder if anyone has any advice etc.

Problem: Our ds car broke down yest. by Fairfield. We live in NY. The transmission has blown and actually the car is not worth much.
We went to pick him up but left the car.

So does anyone know of a good car donation place that would pick it up in Fairfield or Bridgeport.

I am thinking he will walk onto the Bridgeport Ferry and either get a taxi to Fairfield or get a ride with the tow truck driver picking it up etc.

We have to have him go give the keys, title that is from NY and he needs to scrape off the reg. sticker.

Its not important to make money, just to get rid of the car.
I have looked at a few places on line. Some say in that area they want the car running etc. and I dont know what they would say about the out of state title etc.

Any idea/info, thanks.

We donated our old saturn(no longer running) to MADD. They were from Fairfield or Stratford. I don't have their number any more but here is a link I found on line
