Confusion runs a muk! need help with a banking ?

Ok we have 155 OKW points left with a june use year - come may 31,2003 if not banked the points will expire - now on jan 6 2003 I will be attempting to make ressie for a 2 bdrm for 7 nights (218pts) at OKW. for next Dec. Here's were I get confused - If I bank them you can't borrow them back into the current use year so when I make the ressie for next Dec thats actually in the next years points and next years time frame so its not really borrowing them back at all And if I am going to make a ressie with these points for Dec 2003 do I need to bank them?

To clarify my babbling
1. If you bank points can you then use them to make a ressie as long as the date of the ressie is past this current use year ie: for me after may 31,2003 and or starting june 1,2003?

2. Because these points will expire on May 31,2003 I would need to bank them to be able to use them for a ressie for next Dec?

3. Or do I need to bank them at all knowing that I will be putting them into a ressie before the expiration date although the date of the ressie is after the expiration date?

Okay reading over this its really not to clear but hopefully someone will be able to help me.

If you intend to use those 2002 points for a stay after May 31, 2003- you will have to bank them.

Once they are banked, they can be used for any stay between June 1, 2003 and May 31, 2004.

If you have banked them and find that you want a trip prior to June 1, 2003- you will have to borrow some points from your June 2003 allotment for that stay.

You can make a reservation for a stay at your home resort right now for any date before October 25, 2003. Any banked points may be used for dates after June 1, 2003.

If I understand correctly, you have 155 OKW point which will expire on May 31, 2003 which you want to use in December 2003.

If so, you will need to bank these in order to use them on the Dec 2003 reservation.

The date you make a reservation is irrelevant to the use year. It is the date of the reservation itself that makes the difference.

Keep in mind that you have until November 30 to bank up to all of your points. If the 155 points represents more than 1/2 of your total- they all need to be banked by this Friday- November 29- since MS won't be open on Sat.

If you have more than 310 points in that contract, you have until Feb 28, 2003 to bank the 155 points.
