Confusion at QR?

There's no more confusion!


Has anyone else had problems with QR in the last couple of days? I've seen my cash balance go up and come down. Today I noticed they reversed my 25,000 tokens for doing the special Disney cashout. I've already received the gift card, DD, and plush.

This morning I received a letter saying they credited me for an offer which I was credited for a couple of weeks ago.

Has anyone else had problems? Check your account history under "other" at the bottom of the page.

It almost seems as if they've hired a bunch of newbies who don't know what's going on.

Is it just me and my luck?

eta: Okay, I see it. Under "account history." Mine is fine. Nothing was reversed on me.... I would e-mail Dmitry and see what is going on...

Go to My Account (very top of page) then Account History (thin little strip under cash and token balance).
Clear at the bottom are the manual credits, and above are all your other goodies.


...I have e-mailed Dmitry. I'm sure it's just a mix-up as I've never had any problems with them before. Their customer service is top rate!

Guess it's just my account. Dmitry e-mailed me and at one time I had been credited $25,000 instead of 25,000 tokens! I sure could have used that money. Do you think they would have put it all on a Disney Gift Card?

In keeping with the great customer service...I found out they had credited me before they received their money, just so I could cashout at the higher level on Disney Day!! Now that's just darn nice of them...and GREAT customer service!
