Now, I believe what I think is right here, but I wanted to confirm. We have a reservation, November 29th-December 8th at POR. I called today and added the 29th (was previously the 30th) and she said something about making sure that she added on our extra 10 days because we were resort guests. I asked what that meant and she said I could make reservations 190 days out, which means tomorrow. I thought it always meant you could at 180 days out +10 days beyond that. I'm pretty sure I'm correct, but she royally confused me and I don't want to miss out.

HELP!:confused3

Sounds like the CM is confused too. I'm going Nov 30-Dec 2 and my ADR date is June 3. I can make ressies for all three days on 6-3. The Disney site even has that nice little reminder of the date. It's still 180 +10.

She's wrong, which is not uncommon with phone CMs.

180+10 is not a math question, it's a breakdown of the perk. At 180 days from date of check-in you can make up to 10 days of dining reservations (inclusive). Normally, you can only make dining reservations up to 180 days from date of dining.

Great, I knew I was right. Can't believe I let her confuse me!

I was arriving on Nov 30th, so it was June 3, but now that I bumped it up to Nov 29th, I can book on June 2! :thumbsup2

Nice :). Bumping up your trip gets addicting though, my original plans 4 years ago were for a week... which turned into 8 days... the next year was 9... last was 10 and I'm seriously considering adding a day to the end of my trip this coming year, to make it 11 (which, I don't think I'll do, as this 10 day is going to stretch me pretty thin, but the day after I leave IS a Sunday, and I don't have to be back to work until Monday....) :rolleyes1.

I've been doing the same thing. Our original trip last year was Saturday-Saturday, then became Friday-Saturday. Now it's Thursday-Saturday.... it's nice to have that day to re-combobulate before work, but that Saturday could be another full day at the parks..... ;)
