We will take a room on concierge level and that includes breakfast.
What about the points for breakfast?
Can I use them for something else?

Lunch or something?

The Dining Plan credits aren't pre-allocated for specific meals. You get a pool of credits (two separate pools, if you have young children with you), and you can use those credits for whatever meals you wish.

You get a CS credit, a TS credit, and a snack credit per person, per day. If you grab a light breakfast from the lounge (juice and muffin?) you can do a CS for lunch, and a TS for dinner (this would leave you snack credit for a drink or snack per day) You may find it hard to use up all your credits if your fam are light eaters

Regarding how big the meals are in America we are very light eaters so we wont starve to death.

Concierge does not include a full 'breakfast'. It does include the concierge lounge which will have some breakfast foods out, such as cereals and pastries at breakfast time, but this is not a full breakfast. For many people this will be fine, but it is only a light breakfast.

Wow, that's a "full breakfast" for my family. It's a lot more than we'll be eating for breakfast on our WDW trip, that's for sure.

"Full breakfast" generally means hot items like eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, etc. Concierge offers "continental" breakfast items -- muffins, cereal, fruit. Plenty for some people, but would be disappointing if someone were expecting a hot breakfast.
