Confused with Touring Plans

I purchased a membership for Touring Plans for our upcoming Nov/Dec trip, I've tried multiple times on the website to setup the schedule but it seems the times are always off even when I manually add lunch and dinner reservations
Am I do something wrong or does anyone else not find it very user friendly???

I use it without problem and I have a number of days planned. Are you maybe talking about how it doesn't always schedule every minute? Is your day too full? It usually has it set to get us to the reservations on time.

With FP+, I can't see how any of those computerized touring plan websites are going to be that helpful anymore. Most people are going to pick their top 3 on FP+, and then try to fit everything else in around that. But maybe I am missing something!

Well if you use that logic, it doesn't make sense that a computer generated plan can arrange your entire day for you even without FP+, but it does. I have used it trip after trip and been there during peak (level 10 crowd) times and it has worked like a dream for us every time. I don't think it is any different having FP+ to adding an ADR in at a certain time. In fact FP+ is more predictable because you have to schedule within that given window but you have some flexibility within the hour for the attraction or activity on either side of it to be accommodated

OP this can also happen if you schedule too little

Sometimes you need to play around with it a bit to get it to throw out a plan that looks more suitable to you

I use it because I will only be able fastpass+ my top 3. My family likes to ride some things more than once.

In addition, we don't get to go often and the plan helps us hit everything we want.

I did it the other way around--I fit my top 3 into my plan.

I used RideMax to generate my plans, and went on MDE to pick their recommended FP attractions. Then on MDE I changed the times for the FPs to match the RideMax schedule.

That makes sense. I never liked using them before, so I guess I really don't see the point now, at least for us.

Yeah......My schedule for HS had us eating lunch at 2:30am....

I just logged off the web site, came back and started the whole day over. Eventually it worked.
