confused on prices of meals to determine tips

Leaving for the first time this week!!!

I am trying to plan tips for the meals. We are on the dining plan and are doing the following:

CRT
Tusker House
Ashkaus ( sp)
Crystal Palace
Chefs Mickey

When I look up prices, for example Tusker house it says " Breakfast buffet, prices vary 15.00-35.99". How do I plan tips from that? Isnt there a base price for the buffet?

I am just confused. And with the CRT, do you still tip, or is gratuity a part of that one? Thanks so much for the help in advance.
