Confused on Dolphin Options on Paradise Island

I have read so many things about the different Dolphin options....
Can someone tell me exactly what my choices are? We have been to Discovery Cove in Orlando, is there anything close to that dolphin experience?
We also want to spend some time on the beach - Would Blue Lagoon be our best option? THANKS!!
