Confused? How many credits to I get?

Please forgive my ignorance but we are planning our 6th trip to Disney but our first time with the Dining Plan. If we buy 5 day park hoppers and include the water park option how many days of credits do we get? Would we get 5 days worth of credits? or 10 because we added the waterpark option? Thanks for your help.

Your dining plan credits are tied to how many nights your reservation is for, not the type of park ticket you have.

Now I am really confused. We are planning on staying for 11 nights but will only be buying a 5 day hopper with water park option. Does that mean we will need to buy the dining plan for our entire 11 night stay? Thank you.

Yes, you would have to get it for the whole duration of your stay, so you would be on the dining plan for 11 nights.

Your other option would be to do two reservations, say one for 5 nights with park tickets and dining plan and one reservation for 6 nights just the room.

You dining credits end at midnight of your last night with the first reservation then you could pay oop for the rest of your vacation days.

The amount of dining credits depends on which dining plan you buy
