Confused About BB Dates

Our last trip we had the BB offer in our room. We are arriving on October 8th and I wanted to apply the BB offer, it has been past practice before that if you arrive on the date you would get the offer for the length of your stay. I talked to 2 different CM's that said "yes" that was the case, but when they went in to book the ressie, the BB was only allowing them to get me the rate for October 8th only . . .

It really depends on the type of offer. If the offer is a package offer such as free dining, buy 4 get 3 or kids stay free then as long as your first night falls during the valid promotion period then you would get the deal for the entire duration of your stay. If the offer is a room discount then you only get the discount for the valid promotion period. That's how it's always worked for all promotions whether they're AP discounts, general public discounts, Disney Visa holder discounts or Bouncebacks.

Ohhh, maybe that is why . . .I do remember prior to being an AP holder that the deal we had included park tickets . . .
