Great guy named Major says code applies for up to 3 rooms and transferring me right now to the group dept/grand gatherings to take care of this for me...will update..

Geez! I need to have my mother give permission to the Disney reservationist to use the discount which is hard because she is speech impaired, but can answer yes or no, she just can't really eleborate. She's in MA and I'm in NH.

The man that transferred me, gave the woman the impression I was my mother, I should have just went along with it, I'm just too honest. He must have known this would happen once I told him my mom couldn't converse well by phone.

Yes, this is a HUGE pain in the "patookie" as my kids would say. It would be so much easier if somehow every CM on a phone had the same correct info.

But just keep imagining that additional $400 you'll save!

My DH just told me the same thing, as it can get confusing for everyone by phone as to her intentions and answering correctly.

For the record, when I inquired about sharing my PIN code, the CM told me to simply give my sister my code and have her book the trip herself.

Here's hoping it won't be much more of a hassle to get the other two rooms discounted. You are going as one group and the discount is good for three rooms.

I was able to get all 3 packages discounted by $139. each. I am thrilled and so grateful for everyone's help on this issue and know now that this can be done, so maybe I can help someone next time.

The DIS is my favorite family that I've never met Thank you to all of you on this thread for me.
