Ouch, rough one. I've tentatively scheduled a short trip to WDW during September but given that Splash is my absolute favorite ride in the world, may have to postpone.

First BTMRR/Dinosaur last September and now Splash! I finally got DH to LOVE it and ride it and now this.... I hope this gets delayed at least a little bit. We get there September 5th at least let us get in 1 ride sheesh.

I doubt it gets delayed. Seems like they're setting it up to coincide with the start of Food & Wine. I wish it would be delayed though as I'll be there Sep 10.

3 months is a long time... still could be worse: Big Thunder Mountain at Disneyland Paris was down for 12 months.

Side note is there a place on Disney World's website where you can see the refurb schedule? I know that during the actual time it will show closed for refurb or schedule unavailable if it was a show or whatnot but what about in advance?

On the MDE app, refurbs are listed in the Park Hours and Info area. Scroll down to the bottom.

I usually just google WDW refurb to get info.

It is on the website.

You have to choose a specific park and Select the Attractions tab. Again, Scroll all the way to the bottom! They certainly don't want to advertise which rides are down.
