Confirmation?

I made our ressies last Monday the 8th. How long does it take to get the confirmation in the mail? I want to make sure my preferences are listed. Thanks!

Hi,
They dont list youre preferences on youre conformation. The only way to make sure they have them right, is to call.
you should get youre conformation in 2 weeks or so. At least thats how long it takes for me to get them.

On my confirmation it does list things that I requested like, non smoking room, requested bunk beds and so forth. Maybe they don't list everything, but certainly some things get on it. When I changed my reservation to get the visa discount, I still haven't gotten my confirmation. I got the cancelation of the original reservation, but not the confirmation of the new one. It got me worried, so I called and the reservation is there, but I assume I am never actually getting a confirmation letter. Can't wait to go, especially with the weather we are supposed to get today - 6-12 inches of snow

I applied aP discounts to my reservation last Monday(3/9) and got my confirmation Saturday! But,I had to call because the guaranteed nonsmoking room was not on the new confirmation letter. Boy,what a waste of paper!! The CM is sending a new out with my one and only request.

I just modified our reservation with a postcard pin rate last Wednesday 3/10, got a new confirmation in the mail yesterday. My preferences (non-smoking, etc) were on the initial confirmation, but not on the new one. I called and the lady said that the preferences were on the internal reservation, but that she would add it to the printed confirmation also. I forgot to ask whether that means I'll be getting a new confirmation letter or not.

Any time they make any changes, like adding preferences or adding a rate code, they send out a new copy for you. Yes, a waste of paper, but true. And by the way, it takes me 6 days to get my confirmations in the mail up here in Indy. And I too can't wait to get out of the snow!

we got our cancelled room ressie letter sat. from where we had to change resorts to get ap rate, but still no letter showing current ressie. yes dh called and it's in system just haven't gotten paper yet.
