Confirmation Number question

Hello,

I had booked a reservation at Be Our Guest for 8:25am and 11:40am the same day as I was unsure if I wanted breakfast or lunch and if the park hours change and I no longer had a PPO I was for sure going with lunch. I went to check today and the 11:40am reservation was gone. I went to my email and have an email confirmation for both and neither one was cancelled (I had cancelled a previous 8:35am reservation for 8:25am). I went to check the confirmation numbers to link to my disney experience because I thought maybe it had not been linked. They have the same confirmation number! Has this ever happened to anyone else? Did it cancel my 11:40am when I changed to 8:25am and didn't tell me?

Please help as I am leaning more toward lunch now instead of breakfast.
 
I would call Disney Dining and ask. They can give you a definite answer of what happened. Best of luck!
 
It's possible that there could just be a small glitch with the website or app, as has been the case for me a few times before. I've had the issue before where it wasn't showing up but then reappeared the next time I checked. If you did not receive an email with a cancellation confirmation specifically for the 11:40am reservation then you should still have the reservation. If for some reason it doesn't show back up soon, you can always call Disney with your confirmation number and ask them what reservations are listed for your trip and double check with them!
