confirmation letter??

Was just wondering if any1 knew how long its takes for DLP to send thses out? When I went in march I got mine threw the post within a week but its been 4 weeks since I booked and still haven't heard out??

I thought they only send a confirmation email if booked direct. I have only ever received an email for most of my bookings

As far as i'm aware they send out emails not letters, and i think we have always received ours within3 days.

I didn't book direct I booked wiv a travel agaent like I did last year and DLP sent me a confirmation letter within a week that I later had to produce to the hotel when I got there

The travel agent might have it

If you have booked with a travel agent the letter is sent to the agent. I would contact your TA and check with them.

I had this problem with my July booking my TA came up with some wonderful excuses why they don't have it. I would deffinetly keep on calling them.
