Confirmation letter for AP

I recieved our Confirmation letter after changing our room only reservation from AAA to AP rates.

On this letter, it says that the balance due is 3 weeks before arrival. Previously and every other time we have stayed with room only, balance was due upon check in.

I called and they verified that the balance is due upon check in and will issue another confirmation letter.

I was wondering if anyone else experienced this.

Same thing happened here. I didn't worry too much since I knew that they have had similar problems before, but thanks for callling and putting my mind at ease.

The same thing happened to me. I'll be calling today to check the due date.

Check out the multiple post on the codes boards for the answer to this. It is a computer glitch that it not right. We are all still due at check in
