Confiming reservation from the UK

Hi has anyone got the phone number for DVC memebrs service( where i can call to confirm a reservation- i'm renting points)
I have the US 1-800 number but can't get through from UK . Could you PM at ruth.bryant@tesco.net . thanks for your help

Hi Ruth,

I think the number is just for members - I don't think they will discuss the details with someone who is renting points?? Data protection and all that.

If you are worried, ask the person you are renting from to send out confirmation to you will MS will send to them

Ruth - the number is a freephone number given to members but only gets you through to the same number as if you called from the US.

When you say you cant get through, what do you mean? Often you are put on hold for a while but the number is just a standard phone number so there shouldnt be any other reason stopping you getting hold of MS.
