I'm ashamed of the fact that the last time I rode Space Mountain (June 2010) I got really scared and couldn't wait to get off of the ride!!

I've never been afraid of roller coasters, but the whole time I was riding, I was envisioning my seatbelt malfunctioning and me popping into the abyss of the ride never to be heard from again.

I'm truely ashamed to say this, but I don't think I'll ever ride Space Mountain again. I was that scared

and Soarin. I will continue to ride Soarin', even though I am afraid of slipping of the seat and falling into the orange scented trees.

I am 50 and I can't ride a roller coaster without screaming. When I get off RNR, EE or TOT the people near me either laugh at me or look very annoyed.

I'm a screamer too. Every picture Disney takes of me on a fast ride, I have my big mouth wide open. I know the picture is coming, I just can't control myself long enough to look good LOL. Oh well. Good thing I left my vanity in my twenties.

i have fallen asleep in the carousel of progress, hall of presidents, and at the show at the american pavilion at epcot. in my defense, in all of these circumstances, i had been up all night the night before, driving us to wdw.

Just watching Wishes or Fantasmic! on YouTube makes me teary eyed. I KNOW i am going to cry when I see these for the first time, and I'm a 17 year old boy.

I'm not 'ashamed' of that at all though to be honest!

Me too. Well...maybe not more than going, but almost as much, definitely. My DW and I react in horror when we read about people surprising their loved ones with a trip to WDW. Egads! Planning and anticipating the trip for months in advance is more than half the fun for us! We would feel so cheated if we didn't get to do that!

I like everything about Splash Mountain except for the drop. I have been on Tower of Terror once and will NEVER again ride it. I am not fond of Stitch's Great Escape. I have never been in the Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Room, on Kali River Rapids, or on The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (the wait for this one is always so long when I go!!). I adore the Jungle Cruise. I like the Gran Fiesta Tour in Mexico... and I took great pleasure in tricking my dad into trying Beverly.

Don't feel bad, I cry at the end of Beauty and the Beast EVERY time I see it. I can't seem to stop it. Doesn't matter if it's the movie, the Broadway play, the DHS show. DH thinks its hilarious.

I'll ride every rollercoaster, every spinning ride - LOVE ToT.....but I still brace myself for those skeletons that pop up from behind the the gravestones in HM even though I've been on that ride a bazillion times!

Wishes makes me cry too. Pretty much every time. It is literally the only fireworks show I like. I guess you can say I love it!

The song and montage at the end of the American Adventure also makes me teary. I try to hide it!

I have farted in fear on Tower of Terror, happened the very first time I rode, right on the first drop. Luckily everyone was screaming and no one heard.

I also actually like IASW, I love looking at the costumes. I enjoy the Tiki Room. I am a shameless ham with the characters. I have only somewhat jokingly considered kidnapping a CM in my favorite rides and taking the costume and quietly trying to fill in.

My secret shame: while I love WDW, I've never had any real connection to the classic Disney cartoon characters. Nothing against 'em, but I tended to watch Warner Brothers cartoons growing up. Just shows to go you can love Disney while being more or less indifferent to Mickey Mouse and gang.

First, thanks for your kind words. I DO like to think of myself as a halfway decent human being. Of course, it gets easier and easier as the rest of the world goes you know where in a you know what. LOL

As for cartoons, I agree completely. I am a HUGE fan of the Disney parks... but I really couldn't care less about the cartoons and movies. Sure, there are some I like -- especially the Pixar ones -- but...

It's funny, because SO many people assume that if you're a fan of Disney parks, you must also love all things Disney. But I have no affinity for the movies in particular, and would rather die than go on a Disney cruise. (I'm dying to go on a REAL cruise... but trapped at sea on a cruise with hundreds of children? Lord love a duck, that's just not my scene!)

I nap in COP, American Experience, Hall of the Presidents, and the movie in France. It's a real pick-me-up! I ride Test Track because my granddaughter loves it but I'm absolutely terrified and miserable the whole time we're on the outside track. And I'm just not that crazy about Dole Whip or funnel cakes.

I feel so free now!

I totally get that! The planning lasts so much longer! My family and I are going two weeks from today, and I've been planning the trip for at least six months. Last year, my housemate decided to take his whole family... and had me plan the entire trip. (As a reward, I got to go along for free!) And the planning, especially for people who've been many times (as I have) CAN sometimes be more fun because while planning, you experience all the memories of past trips and when you actually get there... well, sometimes, your family can be a royal pain and screw things up! LOL
