conference info ? Coronado Springs

Hi -
I'm not sure where this question belongs...
looking to schedule a conference of about 30-40
people in Nov. at Coronado Springs and looking for
a great room deal....I wasn't sure how special rates
would work given that each person would be paying
for their individual rooms....Could we still secure one
great rate for all ? We've already contacted the hotel
directly. Not offering that great a deal at all....
