Hello all..I am going to WDW for a conference in Fall and am looking for places to eat. I love WDW and I know my conference will be big and probably make the hotel eating facilities extremely busy, so I am trying to plan accordingly. The hotel for the conference is Coronado Springs..Can you give me some insight on my plans below..I will be relying on Disney Transportation..

Sunday:Arrival at the Hotel is 5pm ish. I am thinking I'll hope on the bus and go to Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich at Downtown Disney.

Monday: Dinner is only meal not at conference, so I am in the great debate if I go to Pop and reminisce since thats where I had my honeymoon and grab something there or if I should try to go somewhere else?

Tuesday: Dinner w/ Remy at Epcot

Wed: Leave for airport at 2:30pm, but conference ends at 11am. Not sure if I have enough time to go somewhere?

I will be getting per diem of like 50 per day to eat, tip, etc so I know I can not spend a ton. I am saving for my epcot dinner/half day already:)

Any suggestions would be great. I ma not afraid to dine solo:)

I would say you don't really have any time that last day to go somewhere, maybe grab something at the resort.

And YES head to POP and remember that wonderful time in your life. How cute is that? ;)

Lastly I would highly recommend WPE at DTD. That place is great. Love the food there and you are treated like TS, another plus.

Have fun on your trip.
