Condo/Townhome Advice Needed

We have a party of 7 visiting Disney later in the year...3 adults, 3 kids, and 1 2 year old in a crib. We are definitely staying off site and there are so many condo choices it's overwhelming and I'm a little nervous about accidentally picking a dump. Here are the places I am considering, any feedback would be great:

Dreams Villas (7 Dwarfs Lane)
Encantada
Terra Verde
Floridays
Best Western Saratoga Resort
Worldquest Resorts

I am not looking to buy a time share, just curious if anyone had stayed in any of the resorts I listed and had a good or bad experience.

I haven't stayed at any of those resorts, but I know I've seen posts about all of them. Try doing a search on this board, I'm sure you'll find lots of info.

we stayed at Floridays a few years ago and the only negative thing I can remember is its really far up international drive so not so much in the area as further up. However, we didn't have a car & only used this location for sea world , shopping etc .We had a week on site at disney & a couple of days at universal. It's only a stop or two away from premium outlets on the I trolley the stop is right outside the complex.. & if I remember there's a few shops/restaurant just up a bit from Floridays. The resor itself was fine, rooms clean and had no complaints at all. The only thing that would stop me staying there again is the location.
