Condo rentals

I will be visiting So Cal in July 2011 with my DH, DD14 and my two sisters.
We are planning to do Disney, Universal, Hollywood and a beach. Does anyone know of inexpensive condo/house rentals in either of those areas?

I am considering the same option, but I can't decide on an area. We are doing LA/Hollywood for 3 days, San Diego for four days, and Anaheim for four days.
