Sorry can't help as I have never come across them before - just had a look at the website and I take it they are just an agent not a management company.

If it is a condo you are after there is a specific site for renting condos/townhomes from owners which may be worth a look - thebigcondolist.com

In the past they used to get excess Interval International timeshare inventory. Their site has recently changed and from looking at their inventory this appears to still be true. It still appears to be owned by the same parent that ownes II, Entertainment, Expedia, etc.
