Concourse Steakhouse - walk-up?

With reading all the threads that ADR's are definitely needed, what are the chances that I will be able to get into the Concourse Steakhouse without one (or with one made that day)?

I was thinking that wouldn't necessarily be a super busy place (as opposed to Chef Mickey's let's say). We have a couple days where I'm not sure of our timing. We have one day we want to sleep in and having fishing scheduled at 10:00 AM but if our kids get up early like regularly, I was hoping maybe we could eat there for breakfast but if the kids sleep in - then we will just grab food court.

Same thing for dinner, we have a couple nights where I'm not sure what we are doing or what we have planned and was thinking, we could maybe eat there at some point.

For breakfast you shouldn't have any problem. We never had to make a PS at the Concourse for breakfast. Dinner might be a different story, but I can't really help you with that since we've never been for dinner. It doesn't hurt to plan in advance though and make an AR just in case.

You always take a chance eating anywhere w/o a Ps--. Best chance of getting in would be to eat very early, or very late.

It depends alot on what is going on at the hotel when you are there. We have seen over an hour wait for breakfast and dinner when there is a big convention at the hotel. We find it is always better to make an ADR and cancel if our plans change. We have had good luck with short notice for dinner (2 hours prior) but again it is contingent on what is going on in the hotel.

We stayed at the CR on the floor just above the Concourse Steakhouse May 31-June 5th, so we glanced down at it quite a bit. In all of our comings and goings, it never looked crowded.
