Concourse Steakhouse: Best Entrees?

I have a question regarding the steaks at Concourse. If I prefer my steak to have very little pink...what should I request? Each restaurant cooks their steaks differently and I am just wondering what the steaks look like at Concourse. Probably a silly question...but I don't want to order it, send it back, and still not be happy with it...thanks!

Don't be afraid to ask for it "a very little pink" instead of trying to guess what scale they use. It's going to vary by chef.

I know some big steak people (I like steak, but I'm no conniseur), and that's a tip they freely share, because it's easier to get what you want by asking for characteristics instead of trying to get it translated through the "rare-medium-well done" scale.

I have a ressie for my next trip, and I'm very excited. It's lunch, so I think I'm going to skip the steak (though I would like to try their steak butter - I make my own and I'm always wanting to try others out), and go with an onion-ring app, a nice burger, and the vanilla bean creme brulee.

I hope they still have the vanilla bean when I go - I've never tried creme brulee before and really wanted to give it a try. Vanilla is my favorite flavor and scent, so I'm hoping I'll enjoy it.

Anyone got any more food porn pics from the Concourse?

DH thought the vanilla Bean Creme Brulee was wonderful! Of course, he ate Creme Brulee at every place he could get it.
