Conclusion

Hello all,
My DW introduced me to this site a few weeks ago and I have had a great time talking to other Disney fanatics and learned a great deal of information from you all.
I think you all are a wonderful bunch of people who all have the love of Disney in your hearts.
Now my post is conclusion, and I say this because my Disfamily and I will be going to the world in just 19 short days YAHOOOO!! :thewave:
We will be there from 5/2 until 5/11 and I have been reading many threads about crowds in May and rooms being booked for then and the following weeks. Well here comes my conclusion, we know that May 4, 5 and 6 the media will be there to cover the celebration, now we find out that starting May 13th Regis and Kelly will be there so the production crew will be there ahead of them to get ready for the show, so that accounts for some of the booked rooms.
And I just spoke to one of the other firefighters I work with and on May 22nd there is a triathalon at Disney which he understands draws about 3,000 people.
So in conclusion I think it might be more crowded for May but I think it will be managable by everyone.And isn't that what Disney ias all about having fun and meeting other people from different parts of the world.

I arrive on May 22, and I had no idea about a triathalon. I think it will be more busy than we are used to!

I almost booked for this May. I think I would have been dissappointed after how lovely, and less crowded the last two Mays trips I took were. Luck (and work schedules) has us booked for October. I am hoping that it is just a nice as May.
