concierge service

Just booked a package with a deluxe queen room at hrh for August and the travel agent said that we had complementary concierge with our package. Is this something that everyone gets or could this be on the club level? I havent gotten the paperwork yet.also what exactly does the concierge do? thanks!

There is a Concierge desk for everyone to use, just like any other hotel. Concierge does not necssarily mean you automatically have club level. They are located in the lobby of the hotel and are for all to use. There is also another concierge desk in the club room for club guests. I have never used them in USO.

You would have to ask your TA if you are club level or also go by the rate in which you are paying.

The concierge will assist you in making reservations, giving you local information and basically helping you with any questions you may have.

It is not like the Concierge Level in WDW.

You should call your TA for several reasons!

1) you cannot book a guarenteed deluxe room on the 7th floor club level.
