Concierge Room Request?

I just received my Personal Vacation Itinerary form from the Polynesian! I notice that there is a section in there to include any room request you may have. My question is...who assigns the concierge rooms, the concierge staff or Polynesian room assignor? I've given my requests to CRO, and will put them in the itinerary form, but who would I fax them to 4-5 days prior to our trip, the concierge staff or Poly room assignor?

No need to fax them, just fill out your requests on your PVI .

Can you tell me how soon after making your reservation you received the request form? I made reservations for Poly concierge several weeks ago, and haven't heard from them since.

They usually contact you anywhere from two months to 2 weeks before your vacation. You can always contact them.

I made the reservation on January 19th, and received the planner on February 13th. My stay is not until May 28th. I think we are about 102 (?) days out. From what I had read on these boards...I was surprised to receive it so soon, but I'm glad we did. It adds to the excitement, and makes the trip feel more real. If there is something really special you want, and you haven't received your planner yet, maybe you could e-mail them.
