Concierge request quesiton

We are staying at CR Atrium club for one week at the end of Oct. My dds have to drink lactose free milk. If I let the concierges know that before we arrive, will they have that on hand or put it in the in room refridgerator? Or is there somewhere onsite where I can buy some?
