Concierge question AKL

Today in the mail my waitlist came through for AKL concierge for the first two ngts of our reservation. Aug 27-29th. Then we have a Ded. Studio Sav. View room from Aug. 29th - Sept. 2nd. My question is, when I check in at around 1:00 pm, even if my room is not ready can we take advantage of the offerings at that time or do we have to wait until 4:00 pm? Also, on day of check out, how long can we use the Concierge? We were hoping to have breakfast first before we check out and switch rooms.

Congratulations on your waitlist coming through! You can use the lounge from the time you check in until midnight of your check out day.

When I asked this question with the planning person from DVC she told me it is only good until 11:00 check out. Also she told me I can not use the concierge lounge until after 4 pm on check in day. I was just wondering?

Nope, the last poster was correct. You can use it right away when you check in and up until midnight the day you check out (as far as I know, I've never stayed that late.)
