We are sailing on the Disney Dream in November and staying on the Concierge floor. Any changes in the last few years? It's been nearly 3 years since our last cruise.

Do they still allow you to drop off something for characters to sign in the Concierge Lounge?
Still a character meet and greet on the deck?
Food/drinks/etc in the lounge?
Can we dine in Palo for brunch with the kids?

Any other concierge perks to be sure to take advantage of? We've already booked a cabana and shore excursions.

I have never heard of Palo allowing anyone (other than a Disney Channel star and her entourage) under 18 to dine there, concierge or not.

No. This was discontinued for everyone at least two years ago.
Still a character meet and greet on the deck?
Yes unless it’s raining. Then it will be in the lounge.
Food/drinks/etc in the lounge?
Yes but alcohol is available all evening instead of just during pre-dinner hours!
Can we dine in Palo for brunch with the kids?
No. That’s never been a thing.

Otherwise just enjoy the space and the fun of the trip!
