Concierge 'offerings' at AKL???

I want to make a ressie for concierge [for one day] to be able to make a ressie for the Sunrise Safari, but I'm wondering if it's worth it? My DH has Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance, so NO WHEAT or WHEAT PRODUCTS!!) so his selection probably will be limited....any advice??

Yes, concierge WILL take special dietary requests and try to get something in the spread that will meet your needs. I haven't done this myself, but have seen others do this.
