Just changed our November stay -- AGAIN -- to BWI CL.

We were booked at AKL, but they didn't have CL available with the discount I had (40% off bounceback offer). We were slightly bummed, but figured we could tough it out. Well, we just did a quick overnight stay at WL, non-CL and MAN did we miss CL. We spend a lot of time at the resorts vs. the parks, and having access to snacks and the space in the lounge is priceless to us.

This is all Disney's fault. Our first stay (well, first in the last decade) was at the Contemporary, and they upgraded us to CL. We never would've known what we were missing if not for that. Curse you, Disney! *shakes fist*

Has anyone been to AKL CL lately - how was it? We are booked from 2011-11-12 till 2011-11-19 at AKL CL and were wondering if anyone had a recent menu of the offerings? Also, we wanted the night of the 19th as well WDW Res. said no rooms put us at Pop Century are we going to be really disappointed with Pop for just one night?

I loved the Poly CL!!!!!! The cookies were really good! Anyway, the best time was at night, they dimmed the lights so you could see wishes. Have fun!!!!! You will love it!

LOL I so understand the resort tweaking I have changed my upcoming trips it was beyond funny but in the end my favourite BWI CL won - like has been mentioned the CMs really are special, but it's not only the CMs, the ambiance at the BWI is also special, once you stay there you'll be hooked.

I'm there early-mid November and I'm counting down the hours

Clare -- OMG, I just read your last trip report and if our stay is even half as wonderful as your trip was (well, minus the hospital visit ), I will be thrilled! Also glad to see your great reviews of Flying Fish, as we're having dinner there on our arrival night.

Question for all CL peeps: can you ever get the emailed form from the IP office to work? I can't get it to go beyond page two on my Mac. If I remember correctly from the last time I did this (pre-Mac), I could only get it to work on Internet Explorer. Anyway, I ended up sending them an email with all my trip details and a kind suggestion that they update their form to work on all different browsers.

I am happy to hear that my review was able to help with your decision to stay there.

As for your question I have never had any problems getting the form sent from the IPO departments to work when I was filling them out. Now my computer is a Dell and not a Mac, so I have no experience with them.

Too bad Pop isn't the first night as it might be hard to go from AKL CL to Pop. Having said that I've been to Pop 5 times. It is a really fun resort. If you go in accepting that Pop is completely different from AKL I think you'll be fine. The icons are really fun at Pop, the shawdow boxes near check in for each decade are really cool, the walkway by the lake with a sign for every year from 1950 - 1999 is very cool too. I've always had great bus service from Pop.

You'll love BWI CL and Flying Fish!

In all my CL stays I've never used that form-always either call with requests or just send an email.

Quick Question...We are booked at AKL CL for the 1st two nights of our trip and I'm wondering if they would be able to do the ADR's for our whole trip, or just that portion of the stay. The rest of our trip is 8 nights at the Poly, NOT CL. I don't mind making my own ADR's, but if they could do it, I'd try it out. Thanks!

Just filled it out on my mac using firefox. Definitely wanted a box for additional comments, though; our magical express is more complicated than the form let me fill out...

I don't recall seeing any other type when I was there this past August/Setember.

I just wanted to thank everyone on this thread for all the wonderful CL info you've provided me. I check into the Atrium Club early Thursday morning for my first brush with CL (even though it's only one night of CL followed by three in a regular Bay Lake view room, I'm still really excited!)
