Concierge Booking ADR's

Can somebody help me with how this works??

We have booked a concierge room - am I right in thinking that you can get them to make our ADR's for your? How far in advance do you let them know what you want. Does it work? Any info on this would be appriciated.

Also as we are staying 16 nights how will the 180 + 10 work, we are planning to check in on 12th Dec - when will I be able to book Christmas day ADR's - 16th June or 26th June as this falls outside of the 180 + 10

We are staying concierge for the first time this trip and yes, they will make your ADRs for you. The sooner, the better, just like calling, as they will have more availability then. As soon as we booked, we sent an e-mail (they didn't contact us...don't know why...some have said they get something in the snail mail) to them introducing ourselves and asking questions. Then we started sending them our requests. They will e-mail you back with their results and even send you a PDF itinerary with all your ADR #s and everything. They are very helpful and seem eager to help you get what you want. They got us CRT, a Wishes cruise, and have even rolled with the punches, so to speak, when I have contacted them to change party sizes, times, and restaurants. I plan on using them for making these things happen...that's what I'm paying the big bucks for this trip, right? And you can e-mail them anytime, day or night...no more waking up at 5 am to get on that dang phone in time! lol HTH!

As the other poster said, yes, they are able to make your ADRs for you. The great thing, though, is that they can make each ADR 190 days ahead of the date you are wanting to eat. In other words, if you are going to be there for 16 days, they will make each day's reservation 190 days prior to that day. (For example, they will make your reservations for Dec 12 on June 5. They will make your reservations for Dec 13 on June 6, etc....) (Does that make any sense at all?) It was very helpful to us in getting Cinderella's breakfast, and I think it would be great for you in getting Christmas reservations. Just make sure to get your info to the concierge people way in advance of the first 190-day day. Also, if there is something that you fear will be difficult to get (like Christmas Day!!), I would call the concierge people again on the 190 day prior to that day and make sure their system is ready for it.

We have stayed at the BWI Concierge two years in a row with a third trip coming up. They have always gotten all of our ADRs on time including Cinderella's breakfast--they are great!! Just get them your requests and they will take it from there.
