WL is full concierge. We just stayed there again in May.
All of the rooms are located on the 7th floor. They have rooms with 2 queens, 1 queen and a bunk, 4 honeymoon suites and Vice-Presidential and Presidential Suites.
The food offerings were similar to what we have experienced at other WDW hotels. Breakfast usually conists of struedel, bagels, muffins, cereals, juice, coffee, mixed fruit (at WL it is small chunks and not a platter of sliced fruit.)
Mid-day offerings are pretzels, nuts, cookies, gummy bears, iced tea, lemonade, soda, croissants, etc.
5-7pm has cheese, crackers, breads, marinated veggies, pb and j uncrustables, fruit, soda, one hot entree and a hot soup selection. On the nights we were there they offered BBQ ribs, chicken noodle soup, chili, chicken with rice and some other things I am forgetting.
In the evening they usually offer berry cobbler or apple crisp, cookies, brownies, individual sized desserts that change on a regular basis along with many cordials and other beverages.
The desk is staffed fro 7am-10pm.
The only difference is there is no real lounge. The balcony area overlooking the lobby is where the concierge food offerings are located. The view is amazing and they have recently added more seating.
I can't say which one I like better because we have never been to Poly concierge but we did enjoy our stay at WL CL again. We are going to try some other resorts in the Fall.
We were in room 7042 that had an awesome view of the castle and Wishes, then we moved to the Yosemite Suite which also had an awesome view of the courtyard and Bay Lake and we also spent one night in 7117 that had a courtyard view.
Good luck with your decision. I was less than impressed with certain members of the IPO staff for WL and Poly. They often gave incorrect information and forgot things. Maybe this has changed.
