We currently have a room at the YC reserved and paid for at the AP rate for August. However, now that I received a letter from my accountant telling us that our rather substantial tax credit check will be coming soon, I am seriously considering upgrading to Concierge level.
Can anyone advise how I should do this? What sort of scenario would work best?
Should I just let my travel agent know and ask her what the difference is for the upgrade and then have her try to switch the ressies, or should I wait until we get there and then ask the CM at the desk how much more it would be to upgrade and if there are any concierge rooms available....
Is there a standard formula to figure out the difference between standard room and concierge?
And last but not least. For a family of five, two adults, one teen and two kids over 8, I am thinking that we'd definitely get our money's worth for the availablity of snacks, beverages, and larger rooms.... am I correct in assuming this?
