Concierge and covid

I have a one bedroom club level booked at AKL in June. How has covid affected the experience?

No concierge as of yet. They refund the points difference and you can stay in the room as if it was non concierge.

It is very unlikely that concierge services will be available until the AKL (hotel portion) of the resort is open. That does not appear to be anytime soon. Disney has published opening dates for several resorts through this summer. AKL is not on the list.

Update On Disney Resort Hotel Reopenings

They haven't opened concierge at Contemporary (which has been open throughout) or Grand Floridian. While neither is DVC, Jambo concierge is only incidentally DVC - the villas represent less than 10% ofnthe population Jambo Concierge normally serves.

So it isn't even just "opening Jambo for reals" at this point, but there is also clearly operational approach involved in the ongoing closure. Whether that is "bringing in staff," the "mask on when not actively eating," social distance in a lounge being tougher, or other financials, end result is that Disney is making no moves to open any of the lounges right now.
