Anyone know how to make one of those great drinks we had on the last day of our cruise? That and the Midori colotta were terrific, anyone with recipes please share.......

If you email the cruise line, they will get it for you. I may still have it somewhere. I'll be glad to look for it and share. It's delicious!!

I also love the Bon Voyage (it's called a Miami Vice @ Red Lobster)...you swirl strawberry dacq. & pina colada!!

This is a pretty standard recipe for a Midori Colada:

1 part light rum
2 parts Midori (melon liqueur)
2 parts cream of coconut
4 parts pineapple juice

blend with ice and serve in a hurricane glass....

Thanks everyone for the responses. i can't beleive i am thinking of tropical frozen drinks while i have 6 inches of snow outside my window.... Can't wait till summer to have these drinks again.....
