The Microsoft Security Bulletin is here. Click the link for the Windows version you are using and you will get specific instructions for installing the Windows patch. After that, you need to get anti-virus software, if you don't already have it. I prefer Norton Anti-Virus (www.symantec.com), but many others like McAfee.
