Computer code/sign on

Hello! My husband and I just purchased DVC yesterday (!!) with our home being the Grand Californian. How long does it usually take to receive your code/sign in information so I can pull up our membership online? Our guide told us we would either get an email or something in the regular mail. TIA.

You can call Member Services and they will assist you in getting on the member website. You don't need to wait for the codes, they will give them to you over the phone.

And if the person you talk to says he/she can't give it to you, hang up and call back. The first guy I got said he couldn't do it. The second person did.

I joined in January, and never received the required codes in the mail
I emailed Member Administration and received the code the next day
