The all star game is pretty much all 9th graders and they've all been playing together for years, and the majority go to school with Ricky. So, they all knew about his injury and they're such a great group of boys that they went easy on him during the game lol.

I saw the pic on Facebook! So, glad he is on the mend and was at least able to plan a "mild" game! And soon awesome that all the boys were respectful of his injury!

In my last update we were braving the line at Gaston's for the almighty cinnamon buns there.

So, is the Cinnamon Bun the same Cinnamon Bum that used to be on main street? I was never able to get the one on main street, so I was just curious...

Ricky has ridden Space before but doesn't like how rough it is; Chris hasn't gotten up the courage to try it yet.

You know, the first time i did it, I thought it was super rough, but this last trip it didn't bother me as much. We also got to do both sides this past trip. And maybe i was making it up in my head but I think the left hand side is smoother than the right hand side.

Since we'd done CHH already this trip we took the kids to Pinocchio's Village Haus. In Nov. 2015 Ricky got pasta Alfredo here late one night right before closing, and then in Jan. Steve and I ate here and liked it much more than we thought we would.

I will keep my eye out for your dining review. It's funny, I think we did Pinocchio's Village Haus a couple times on our first trip and haven't since, it just worked out that way...

Tummies filled it was time to use our first FP's which were split: Space for Steve and I and Buzz for the boys. Ricky has ridden Space before but doesn't like how rough it is; Chris hasn't gotten up the courage to try it yet.

Still love how your boys won't do some of the big rides. You totally have to taunt them before August with pictures of sweet little Casey on space She's already excited she may be big enough for Rock n Roller Coaster on our next trip.

They were a lot of fun. At one point one of them kept covering Chris's eyes and leaning on Chris head. I have pictures of these but I look like the biggest loser in all of them so they're staying in the non-Disney vault.

Love it! We ran into them randomly 2 or 3 years ago. Their picture is in Casey's autograph book but i don't think we'll ever see them again to actually sign it.

Our skipper this time around was Skipper Shannon and she was fabulous!!! The jokes kept coming, totally different ones from when Chris and I rode our first day and all of these were actually funny! At the end all the boats were backed up (as usual) and often when this happens, the skippers will start telling a few rather lame jokes until you move again. Even while we sat there for almost 10 minutes her jokes weren't lame. Great experience to have on a great, holiday themed ride as we were getting closer to departure!

Wonder if she was the same Shannon we had on our last trip. If so she was fabulous. Hilarious and put in the most physical comedy I'd ever seen. I think she must have thrown herself to the floor at least 10 times on the course of our cruise

This is something Steve and I don't need to do often but since Chris isn't a huge thrill rider, I like to do any attractions that he enjoys. Oh and Renee @ArielSRL , I'm not making fun of you guys down there with my deep south comment lol! You really can't argue that those bears aren't from the Northeast!

Yup, Steve was THAT GUY The kids thought this was hysterical!!! So did I actually. Being that this was the last attraction we were doing it was SUCH a great way to end. Oh, and here's my proud man with the sticker you get for being a good "THAT GUY" sport:

Hi Ariane! It sounds like your May trip planning is coming along nicely! It's funny you should mention seeing Night Ranger...they actually performed for a fest in my town a few years back. Too funny!!! This year, we get Sugar Ray. YAY!!!
We will be missing each other in Disney next week by just a few days, so I hope you and Steve have a great time! Our flight leaves at the a-- crack of dawn on Tuesday (6am). But, that means we are in Orlando by 930 am!!!!

Everyone knows those country bears are hillbillies and we don't even have proper hills in most of Georgia... OOOhhhh maybe you were referring to her with the "My Woman Ain't Pretty but She Don't Swear None" song... but I am fairly certain Renee probably swears, so that can't be it either.

Yes, Hot Topic. And now I need to go online and see what other tanks they have because in the last week I was in 2 Hot Topic stores and they didn't have any I like, although I did buy one new T shirt that I should take a picture of and post here. I love that Maleficent one but I realized I have it on in quite a few Disney pictures
I never ended up buying the Athleta skort...............I dropped the ball there and forgot about it and when I went to do it, they were out of my size. I should try again. Won't get it in time for next Sat. but since the only new thing I bought for this trip was that t-shirt, I want to buy new stuff for May!

The menu isn't looking so good these days.

We liked our food in Nov. so now I need to go see if they've changed it................

I've never met Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum.

We used to see them out fairly often when we first started going, say 2006-2010. I think they may have had a regular meet then. However in the last 2 or 3 years this is only the 2nd time we've seen them out.

I felt that way about our Jingle Cruise skipper too! Maybe we had the same one.

Could have been! Unfortunately I feel like more of them are....less than stellar and there are fewer good ones.

I don't think I've ever ridden the Jungle Cruise but it sounds like this may need a fast pass for May!

Well if you've NEVER ridden it you really should! It's far from my favorite attraction but it is a classic. I prefer when the do the Jingle Cruise overlay for the holiday but it's a cute ride, and so much better if you get a good skipper so if you ride it more than once the experience can be different.

I have to say we luck out with our last days, and this was one of the best. Our last few rides weren't the most exciting or popular but 1. nobody was fighting 2. nobody was complaining and 3. we all laughed and had fun!

I can't tell you how thankful we are for how he's healed. I still ask him like 5x how it feels every day he comes home from weight conditioning, but so far things are looking really, really good
