Comprehensive before shutdown vs now list?

I am kind of overwhelmed with the stream of news of reopenings and changes since the shutdown.

Is there a good resource - a list that comprehensively compares pre shutdown to now? Like on an attraction by attraction, show by show, dining by dining, procedure by procedure, basis? Ideally in one document/post?

That's a good idea. Does it still have everything listed there from before the shutdown? And just have those things listed as closed? That is useful for attractions and dining. But what about a list of before and after for procedures? For example, before COVID, we had trams in the parking lots. Now, none. Before, we had certain security checks, now those are different. We had different ways of getting thru the turnstiles, now different. Those sorts of things, too.

I would recommend you look for other threads on this board. There is the Here Now and Just Back thread where people are sharing their recent/current experiences.

I don't believe the exact list you're looking for exists aside from the MDE app listing what is open and closed. Yes, it displays what is open now and what is still closed.

It's the little things too...I just realized that sending a package back to the resort was not an option. I'm sure that's well-known, I just wasn't thinking about it. Or, how do you get a cup of water if you are not placing a mobile food order? Which shops exactly are open? It's hard to do a search for things you may not have thought of.

So, I think a list of things that are not back to normal would be very useful.

You are welcome to start a list if you wish. To date there is not a comprehensive list that we are aware of. Disney is changing things almost on a daily basis so the person who chooses to tackle a list of what's currently open or closed will need to update it frequently.

There is a lot of the information you're looking for in the posts mentioned above. Reading the last 5-10 pages of the 'Here Now/Just Back' thread will help give most current information. It's the reason why we created 1 thread for people to share their more current experiences was created.

I was hoping for this kind of list too. There’s a thread on the Rumors and News, kinda like this but is more speculative (argumentative) than helpful. And not all inclusive. I wish someone would make such a list and update it as things change, adding dates for future openings etc.

I get what you’re saying and think it’s a great idea but think that it isn’t really a reasonable thing to request due to the changes constantly taking place. Someone would literally have to be updating it constantly. Like Scrappinginontario said you are welcome to but are you willing to sit there and constantly make the changes, if not why? I would just read the threads suggested and check the WDW website.

A lot of the covid changes at Disney were date specific. I think it would make more sense to focus on how things work now instead some kind of historical reference as things were continually changing. Not sure it makes any difference now how something worked 6 months ago.
