Completed!!

Yes I think that the time will FLY by once you have Ava. Right now you have plenty of time to focus on planning Disney but once your little girl is here....you will be consumed with caring for and enjoying her! My best advice would be to get the hard core planning NOW b/c you won't haev as much research time once she is here. haha

I fell off the wagon with your thread!

I'm excited for you and your little girl news, though!
You're over half-way there!

A very good friend of mine is also due on 01/02/09 with a little girl - she picked the name Ella.

I won't steal your sunshine, but I'm anxiously waiting for my LO's arrival... Just a few more weeks!!

***DISNEY UPDATE***

Well, it's looking like our trip is set as far as a date goes - the verdict is January 2010 :scared1: It seems sooooo far away!!! We are going ahead and going with January for many reasons - it just works out for all of us better!! It will be MUCH easier for my mom to get off of work, the weather is cool which is a must for my mom, it's value season, and we have a few things to celebrate that month too! So we'll be celebrating Ava's birthday (unknown yet ;) ), my dad's birthday (jan 20), and our 2nd wedding anniversary (jan 5). We are hoping for January 15 - January 22 which is a Friday - Friday. I am very excited even though it does seem like forever away!! I'm sure once Ava is here time will really fly though since we'll have our little girl!

Maybe she will be born on your anniversary! My friend just had twins... awwww.. so adorably precious. What a little gift they are!princess:

There is plenty of sunshine to go around these boards! Come post a pic after your little one is here so it will make the time go by quicker!

Hoorah for girls! I have three that drive me nuts some times but I love them. You'll have soooo much fun introducing your Princess to all things Disney.:cloud9:

I doubt it.... Unfortunately!! When we were there for our honeymoon (January 6-13) they had already taken down 70% of the Christmas decorations - we saw a few things, but all was gone by the 8th....

We'll be celebrating my dad's birthday (January 20th) and having a belated birthday for Ava as well! We are doing lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table when we first arrive at WDW - I think I'll have that be my little princess's birthday celebration!!

Sounds like s GREAT plan to me! Will you rent a car or use the bus transportatoin? I really wanted to stay at AKL but we will have 2 strollers (or maybe one double, not sure yet) and didn't want to deal with busses every single day. (We'll be at Polynesian so most days we'll use monorail)

We plan on just using the bus. That's what we did at AKL last time and we really were impressed with the bus system!! We will have a Maclaren so hopefully folding the stroller won't cause us too much of a hassle!!

Sounds like a great trip! Glad things are in the works! How are you feeling?

I'm feeling ok - the tiredness is starting to settle in!! I can only do so
much and then it's nap time!! Other than that things are going great!!

I happen to think that a Cinderrella's Royal Table is a wonderful 1st birthday celebration for your princess!!

I am so excited about this!! I know she's only turning 1, but it IS her very first birthday and there's NOTHING like celebrating it in the absolute perfect place for a princess!!

So, I'm already working on planning out my restaurant choices and low and behold I find out that the Coral Reef is now a 2 credit meal?!?!?!?!?!?!? WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?

WHY

???????????????????

And here is a wonderful little reminder about 1st birthdays. 1. It is mainly a celebration of her life and is mainly for the parents. 2. People go out and spend boo-coo money on a party that the child is tortued to try to get through with all the commotion. 3. The child won't remember it and only looks at those special cake on face pictures for the memory. 4. All your friends children will never be as well behaved as yours. 5. If you have it there, you don't have to plan, set up, clean up, or even cut the cake yourself! Just enjoy!

And now, back to your regularly scheduled program.

That is so true!! I may see about getting a cake - or better yet, just a small cupcake for her to eat! Nothing like having those cake in the face pictures inside Cindy's castle!!
